Our promise: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days at info@genesigonzalez.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.

Returns & exchanges (apparel and non-personalized items): You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Personalized & custom items (like custom photo magnets): final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — then we'll replace or refund, your choice.

How to start: Email info@genesigonzalez.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping: You cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. When the mistake is ours, we always cover it.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return arriving with us.

Exchanges: Want a different size instead? Tell us what you need and we'll ship it once your return is on its way.
